Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies with pilot programs
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future capabilities into 2026 product releases
- Present tech strategy insights to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D initiatives
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance for emerging tech
- Mentor junior innovators and build a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps aligned with business growth
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Portfolio of launched tech innovations or strategic initiatives
