Responsibilities

- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof architecture and scalability principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience securing $3M+ R&D budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational tech initiatives deployed at scale
