Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and frontier technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into product portfolios
- Develop and maintain a technology innovation pipeline, prioritizing projects based on feasibility and strategic impact
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including C-suite and board members

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
