Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, metaverse, AGI)
- Analyze disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability through market research and pilot programs
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into tangible product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies and technology assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or spatial computing
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight University)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
