Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects on quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies (Web3, biotech fusion, etc.)
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping and rapid experimentation methodologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) required
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
