Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget and ROI tracking for experimental projects
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTP) or equivalent experience
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and next-gen infrastructure systems
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
