Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints for next-gen technologies including AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions for market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track technology adoption metrics
- Mentor cross-functional teams in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, IoT, and AR/VR
- Certifications in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) and innovation management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading global teams across technology, business, and academic sectors
