- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into business roadmaps
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $15M for prototyping and validation
- Mentor teams in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures (min. 2 exits/acquisitions)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
