Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026-2030 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI against transformation goals
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts to foster innovative thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation Management, or similar
