Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on tech disruption
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
