Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital firms
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the executive board and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping of future-focused solutions in our R&D incubator
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
