Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (2026+) to inform strategic product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum, and biotech solutions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen user experiences and business models
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with market disruption goals
- Build and manage an innovation lab prototype pipeline with 3+ annual launches
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex tech ecosystems
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology assessment (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
