Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Lead ideation workshops for next-generation product development
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging technology domains
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
