Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into business operations
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution and its societal impact
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough innovations in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech verticals (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across diverse teams
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patented innovations
