- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with organizational vision for 2026 and beyond.

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions.
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement across digital transformation initiatives.
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive leadership quarterly.
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to drive R&D innovation.
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting global tech ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons.
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech).
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities.
