Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Drive cross-functional adoption of emerging technologies across business units
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
