- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that drive competitive advantage in future markets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future technology adoption
- Create detailed implementation plans for large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF)
- Experience presenting complex technology strategies to C-suite executives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market and technology trends
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
