Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to prioritize technology investments
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
