Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Establish KPIs measuring technological ROI and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AR/AI)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D portfolios
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology convergence patterns
