Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with strategic growth initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with leading universities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3)
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in market research tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
