Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market research and competitive analysis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (patents/articles)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
