Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, FTC AI guidelines)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Solidity)
