Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving global tech regulations and ethical standards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, APF) or strategic innovation
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience working with distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future tech trends
