Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives and growth targets
- Oversee prototyping and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with potential industry-wide impact
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and agile execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast technology trends and market disruptions
