- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling innovation proposals
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and futurists
- Produce annual technology impact reports for investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2023-2025)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
