Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology strategy with focus on quantum computing, generative AI, and carbon-negative systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech use cases
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring ethical AI and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Develop talent roadmap for specialized future-tech skillsets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (Harvard/MIT/IEEE preferred)
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum Computing from IBM)
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ continents
