- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Secure strategic partnerships with quantum research institutions and AI development hubs
- Present innovation strategies to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, and distributed ledger technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 tech journals
- Security clearance or experience with regulated industries (healthcare, defense, finance)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method) and tech forecasting models
- Certification in Ethical AI Design (e.g., IEEE 7001) or equivalent framework
