Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with real-world applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging threats in global tech ecosystems
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech integration and ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups and partnership opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human augmentation and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable technology architecture for complex systems
