Responsibilities

- Lead market research initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary technology blueprints to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with commercial viability assessment
- Create risk mitigation frameworks for emerging technology adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
