- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Develop scenario-based models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to align technology investments with future market demands
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation landscapes
- Build thought leadership through industry reports and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental tech strategy initiatives
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
