Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Present to C-suite and board members on technological vision
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
- Drive R&D budget allocation for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budgeting and ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
