Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify business opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and present strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term company objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech trends, startups, and academic research to maintain innovation leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption strategies
- Build partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong communication skills for articulating vision to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venture arms
