Responsibilities

- Develop and implement 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Architect cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT solutions
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen platforms and digital experiences
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning studies for emerging tech domains
- Drive regulatory compliance and ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
