- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
- Analyze emerging technologies through scenario planning and impact assessments
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
