- Strategize partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite investors and board members
- Build frameworks for ethical technology adoption and governance
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
