Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for futuristic solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI in emerging markets
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two future-tech specializations: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformation projects ($10M+ budget)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
