- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical breakthroughs into market-ready products
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting solutions
- Certifications in agile innovation or technology management preferred
