- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor industry disruptions and competitive technology initiatives to inform strategic pivots
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and measure ROI impact
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or next-gen digital transformation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing technology budgets exceeding $10M
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, IBM Quantum) preferred
