Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business growth targets
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT) into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch innovative digital solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform technology investment decisions
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure strategic technology adoption
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and their business applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale technology initiatives
