Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-functional governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech assessment
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environments
