- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for next-gen tech deployments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
