Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Lead innovation workshops to identify high-potential R&D opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Present quarterly future-tech briefings to executive leadership
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for 2026 technology pilots
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
