Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead emerging technology research initiatives (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current offerings
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovation partners and research institutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and investor boards
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all development lifecycle stages
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology readiness for 2026 market demands
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or Web3Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
