Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead R&D in emerging fields: quantum algorithms, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral tech
- Develop strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global research consortia
- Present future tech visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and market disruption
- Mentor teams in agile development of experimental prototypes
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or IEEE conferences
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, and ESG frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
