- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and researchers
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 100+ new filings
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuation
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English
- Experience securing federal innovation grants ($10M+)
