- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive innovation through prototyping and pilot program implementation
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience managing high-impact R&D budgets ($5M+)
- Strong presentation and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CDMP, CSTM)
