- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX as an industry pioneer
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision and growth targets
- Manage innovation incubators and R&D initiatives focused on next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact projects
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies with measurable business impact
