Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market readiness and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across global business units
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching transformative digital products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, IoT, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy journals
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and market analysis tools
