Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and competitive intelligence
- Design frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor R&D teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing systems
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify emerging investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing strategic decisions
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
