- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and metrics for technology adoption success and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI, biotech integration)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
